Lemon cake


Ingredients

  • 4 egg
  • 10 decagramme flour
  • 12 decagramme sugar
  • 2 teaspoons baking soda
  • 8 decagramme margarine
  • 1 lemon's grated zest and juice


Mix the albumens with a pinch of salt and beat it with a mixer until fluffy.
Mix the yolks with sugar and add the lemon's zest & juice and margarine.
Beat it with the mixer and add the flour and the baking soda gradually.
Add the albumens to the paste and mix it.
Butter the pan and pour the paste into it.
Bake it for 30 minutes at 180 degrees in a preheated oven.
